A session in a home typically varies from 1 to 3 hours, depending on the complexity of the situation and the size of the home. We don't limit the number of images delivered; whatever it takes to show the features of the home is the approach. Images are delivered in JPG form large enough to allow panning and zooming if desired, and large rooms tend to have two or more images from different anlges.

The typical home costs $200 for photographs that are licensed for web and print use by the seller's agent. Some homes are large enough or far enough away that additional charges may need to be negotiated. Volume discounts are available.
